STEP 1: Core Balance Oil
A massage-based, oil-balancing formula, working in harmony with a phase two toning lotion.
This formulation has an oil-to-water ratio of 6:4, gliding on to optimise warming massage. The oil layer is formulated with ten botanical oils, including a plant seed oil. The water layer is infused with ATHLETIA Energetic Complex. Smoothing and plumping, it also preps the skin for the phase two lotion.

STEP 2: Core Balance Toning Lotion
Optimise the moisture balance of the stratum corneum and support skin's resilience.
Infused with ATHLETIA Energetic Complex formulated with athletia's blend of Perilla Ocymoides Leaf Extract, Angelica Keiskei Leaf/Stem Extract and Rice Ferment Filtrate (Sake)*. This toning lotion saturates the stratum corneum to support the skin's own ability to maintain hydration. With its moist texture, it glides on for an even application.

Step 1: Core Balance Oil Shake well before use. Warm 3-4 drops of the oil in the palms and apply to the entire face. Cup it with your hands to breathe deeply and enjoy the aroma.
Step 2: Core Balance Toning Lotion Place an appropriate amount on your palm or cotton pad and gently blend onto skin, starting from the centre and moving outwards. Cup the entire face with both palms and press gently.
Take these two steps morning and evening as your daily skincare regime.

These 2 products combined are fantastic. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and smooth. A great product for winter as it does not dry out the skin in heated rooms. It also smells amazing. Definitely recommend using the 2 products together to get the best results.
