- Apply after Core Balance Oil.
- Remove the sheet mask from the pouch and carefully unfold, opening the eye area outwards. Place on your face so that eyeholes align with eyes.
- Relax for 10-15 minutes, then remove the mask and gently blend the remaining lotion into the skin.
- A serum or cream may be applied after the mask. Use once or twice a week.
- This mask contains a rich amount of lotion. Please use caution as it may drip.

I was introduced to this mask by a friend. It’s drenched in all the Athletia goodness. And its organic cotton sheet will get absorbed really easily in the soil when composted!!! I love everything about this product from start to finish!!!
