Step 1. Core Balance Oil. A massage-based oil-balancing formula.

Shake well. An oil-to-water ratio of 6:4, glides on to optimise the warming massage.
Take 3 to 4 drops on to the palm.
Warm the oil in the palms and apply to the face. The oil layer is formulated with ten botanical oils, including a plant seed oil. The water layer is infused with Athletia's signature Bio Energetic Complex.

- Use in the morning and evening after core balance oil.

Premium product and premium packaging!
The packaging and quality of this product is simply stunning. The scent is calming and spa like, i use this toner after the treatment cleansing oil and it is a match made in heaven for me. Not much product is needed at all i use two drops and is the perfect amount so i know this product will last me ages! I have bought my best friend one for Christmas as it's that good!
